The previous chapter showed us a glimpse into Nozel’s past and the struggles he had to face. Nozel recalls with pain about the time when his mother was inflicted with a deadly curse. Nozel couldn’t do anything about it because if he were to speak about Magicula and his involvement, the same tragedy could befall him.
We see how Nozel receives one final statement from his mother before she passes away to the afterlife. She tells him that he shall become much stronger than Magicula and defeat the opponent.
Nozel kept blaming Noelle for their mothers’ death but deep down, he was well aware that he played the biggest role. However, Noelle was too young to even fight for what they believed in.
Back to the present, in an emotional combo attack, we see the two siblings Noelle and Nozel defeat Magicula, thus fulfilling their mothers’ prophecy and hope.
