Tanjiro is still struggling to keep up with Daki and her speed. He uses the Hinokami Kagura move to attack Daki, but the aftereffect of such a powerful technique leaves his body weak. Meanwhile, Inosuke finds Daki’s underground lair of trapped humans and Tengen is reunited with his wives.

Recap of Demon Slayer Season 2 Episode 12
- Tengen locates one of his wives, Hinatsuru, weakened and bound by Daki’s belt.
- She reveals to Tengen that she realized Warabihime was a demon. So, she drank poison in order to escape, but it turns out that Daki’s belt was meant to spy on Hinatsuru and kill her.
- Tengen gives her the antidote to the posion and when she tells him to leave her and go help Tanjiro, he tells her to escape Yoshiwara once she feels better. Meanwhile, Daki and Tanjiro continue fighting.
- Tanjiro struggles to keep up with Daki and her speed. Realizing that the Water Breathing technique is not enough, he decides to use Hinokami Kagura. Daki notices Tanjiro’s changed breathing and swordsmanship.
- However, he is too slow and Daki sees right through his moves. He feels the drawback of using Hinokami Kagura as his lungs begin collapsing.
- In the next scene, we see Inosuke locating Daki’s underground lair where she has trapped many women inside her belt. Zenitsu, and the other two wives of Tengen- Makio and Suma are also trapped.
- A part of Daki’s belt with eyes and a mouth notices Inosuke’s presence and begins attacking him. He also attacks right back and manages to free some women. Tengen’s wives also asssist him.
- Then, a still sleeping Zenitsu also makes his entrance and helps the group rip off parts of Daki’s belt.
- Tengen suddenly emerges from above, and Daki’s sentient belt realizes that his presence is different from the others, because he’s a Hashira.
- Makio and Suma are both relieved to see him. But Tengen tells them that the danger is still far from over. We also get a brief flashback scene of Tengen in the past.
Leaks and Spoilers of Demon Slayer Season 2 Episode 13
- In the next episode, Daki’s sentient belt returns to Daki who is still fighting Tanjiro. Daki suddenly disappears as Tanjiro attempts to strike her. She then appears on the roof of a nearby building, her hair turning white as she regains her full power.
- Daki projects a wide range attack with her belt, destroying many nearby buildings, killing several civilians and also leaving a deep cut on Tanjiro’s shoulder.
- Tanjiro brings up Daki’s human life and she grows enraged at this, replying that she has no memories of being human and that being a demon in the present is all that matters.
- It seems Tanjiro will have a hard time dealing with Daki as he barely managed to survive while Daki was not at her full power. But now that she the sashes of her obi (belt) that she spread across the city have returned to her, she is so much more powerful. She tells Tanjiro the same thing.
- However, Tanjiro catches her offguard as he does something unexpected and uses Burning Bones, Summer Sun to rip apart her sashes. When he gets very close to slashing off her neck, he suddenly collapses and begins coughing up blood.
- Daki comments that humans are miserable and threatens to slice off his head. Just then, Nezuko appears behind Daki and swiftly damages a chunk of her head with a kick. Daki recognizes Nezuko as the half developed demon Muzan told her to kill.
- Things are going to get seriously hype from this point onward as Daki goes from underestimating and mocking Nezuko to really fearing her strong aura and admitting that Nezuko’s regenerative abilities far surpass her own.
