Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash Season 2: Renewed or Cancelled?

A famous Isekai anime, Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash is adapted from the light novel series of the same name written by Ao Jumonji and illustrated by Eiri Shirai. The first season came out in 2016, i.e five years ago and the question regarding its renewal status still remains.

Will the Second season be renewed or cancelled?

It has been some years since the previous season ended, however, there is no official announcement from the creators. Nevertheless, it will not stop us from speculating. Fans of the anime have been on tenterhooks for a long time. 

There have also been some speculations that one of the reasons why the series has not given another season may be due to its average rating. The anime was not able to exceed the original material’s performance. And hence, it is likely to be the reason for the series to not return.

Still, fans should not lose hope as this is very common in the anime world. Many anime series take a long break and come back with a more mind-blowing production. So let’s hope that we get some good news from the makers pretty soon!

Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash Season 2: What to expect?

The plot follows a group of youngsters who suddenly find themselves in another world. And the most bizarre thing is that they have no memories from before their arrival, and hence they try their best to survive in the new world. It is definitely not easy for them as they face challenges on this tedious journey.
