About Kengan Omega

Kengan omega is the sequel to the hit martial art manga Kengan Ashura written by Sandrovich Yabako and illustrated by Daromeon. The story is set two years after the game-changing Kengan Annihilation Tournament on Ganryu Island. It follows the path of an aspiring fighter Koga Narushima and the mysterious Ryuki Gaoh as they are tangled up in the underground world of the Kengan matches.

Kengan Omega Chapter 176 Recap

Chapter 176 was titled “Three”. Cosmo is shocked that Ohma taught Koga “The Niko Style” to which he replies that he taught Koga because he asked him to. He comments that Koga is a quick learner and that he’s a faster learner than he himself is.

The scene goes back to the fight arena Leonardo realizes that Koga has some other techniques up his sleeve and that he has to watch out for them. When they get back to their stances, Koga thinks to himself that he has mastered 3 techniques and that he will use them all without holding back. And so he attacks Leonardo in a rush, using all the techniques; the latter counters this by parrying. Soon, he realizes that parrying won’t work because his opponent keeps coming at him quickly, so he changes to ducking and weaving.

Leonardo sees his chance and tackles Koga as he hesitates for a moment because of overusing the technique. The former smoothly shifts the position, executing his rear naked choke move. Everyone is in a stunt as getting out of a grapple is near to impossible. Then we see a flashback scene where Lui tells Koga that there are only two ways to get out of a grapple. One is to bite down on the opponent, and the other is to break a finger in one swift motion. However, he goes on to say that it is difficult to use them once you are in The Hold.

As Koga is shown struggling, the scene switches to Ryuki watching the fight. He is not at all concerned and is confident that Koga will not lose this fight. As the chapter ends, Leonardo tells Koga to just give up because there’s no way he can turn this around!
