Here Are The 10 Coolest Hollywood Cars (You’ll Love To Drive)

Thrilling vehicle chases and amazing stunts in film have long mesmerised audiences, with some of them frequently stealing the show. Let’s take a look at some of the coolest, most memorable cars from Hollywood movies that both moviegoers and automotive enthusiasts hold in high regard.

  • The Batmobile  The Batman (2022)

The fictitious vehicle that Batman uses is called the Batmobile. The Batmobile is a heavily armored tactical assault vehicle and a specially designed chase and capture-vehicle used by Batman in his battle against crime. It is housed in the Batcave and has a secret entrance.

  • Mad Max: Fury Road (2015)

The Mad Max series has always been the best car movie series because it combines the dark, dystopian visions of director George Miller with highly stylized filmmaking and mind-blowing, real-life car stunts. It’s a breathtaking thrill ride, a waking nightmare, and a perplexing piece of art.

  • Shelby Mustang GT500 Eleanor: Gone in 60 seconds (2000)

The top slot goes to Nicolas Cage’s classic Shelby Mustang GT500 Eleanor, which he drove as he stole it (which he did). The 1967 Ford Mustang fastback in Dupont Pepper Grey, which was portrayed as a Shelby GT500 in the film, had only a customized body modification.

  • Ford Escort RS MK1 – Fast & Furious 6 (2013)

This spotless, rally-prepared Ford Escort was shown in a thrilling scenario where Brian O’Conner, played by the late Paul Walker, saved a fellow soldier from a tank! We must give Tej Parker (Ludacris) credit for ‘liberating’ the automobile from that London auction.

  • Shelby Cobra – Bad Boys

There is nothing else in the world quite like the Shelby Cobra, and the emotion is made more intense when it appears in one of Michael Bay’s renowned slow-motion, 360-degree action scenes. It may have been driven by the film’s antagonist (he survives a head-on collision with a concrete barrier) but it certainly shone brightly on the big screen in the scene where it was competing against a nearly as stunning 964 Porsche 911 Turbo.

  • Nissan GT- R R35 – Furious 7

This 2012 Nissan GT-R, another car piloted by Brian O’ Conner, is featured in the Forza games as a special edition, and with good reason. The particular model used in the movie had an even lower suspension, allowing O’ Conner to duck beneath a high-riding truck to evade gunfire and missiles from a drone. The GT-R is not only a phenomenal performance that punches far beyond its weight class in many ways. The vehicle met a flaming demise, just like other vehicles utilised in the franchise.

  • Aston Martin DB5 – Goldfinger

Few vehicles are as recognisable as James Bond’s Aston Martin DB5. Although it may have been destroyed several times over the film series, most recently in 2012’s Skyfall, it was always brought back to life, as witnessed when Bond (Daniel Craig’s final performance as the character) drives away in it at the conclusion of Spectre (2015). The 4.0-litre straight-six engine in the DB5 produced over 286 horsepower and 390 Nm of torque, with a top speed of 233 kph, making it an exceptionally insane vehicle for its day.

  • Dodge Charger – The Dukes of Hazzard

The 1969 Dodge Charger, also known as General Lee, that appeared in The Dukes of Hazzard is famous for its big-block 6.3-litre V8 engine that produced 335 horsepower and 624 Nm of torque in addition to its loud “Dixie” horn, windows that opened and closed, and dual-tone body (Hemi Orange with the Confederate flag on the roof).

  • Audi R8 – Iron Man (2008)

Robert Downey Jr.’s portrayal of Tony Stark/Iron Man was flawless, and the stunning silver Audi R8 fit his self-described lifestyle as a “genius, billionaire, playboy, and philanthropist.” The supercar’s magnificent 5.2-litre V10 Lamborghini-sourced engine is only one of the many reasons why it was picked to be on this list, even though it may not have engaged in any spectacular actions in the film.
