Code Geass is an impressive sci-fi series with lots of political commentaries. Lelouch, the protagonist, wants to get revenge on the nobles for what they stole from him. He uncovers the “Geass,” a superpower that allows him to control other people’s minds.

With this, Lelouch gathers an army to take on the nobles. Lelouch’s morality is quite questionable. The series shows him going mad with his newfound power, further contributing to the narrative’s compelling tone.
