NEOTERIC FREEFORM MEDIA LLP is committed to assisting its customers whenever possible and has, therefore, implemented a flexible cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation requests will be considered only if they are made immediately after an order is placed. However, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed by the vendor/merchant and shipping has been initiated.
- NEOTERIC FREEFORM MEDIA LLP does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers and food. However, if the customer provides evidence that the quality of the delivered product is unsatisfactory, a refund or replacement can be issued.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product. A refund or replacement will be considered once the merchant has verified the damage or defect.
- If you believe the product received does not match the description on our website or does not meet your expectations, please notify our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product. They will assess your complaint and make an appropriate decision.
Manufacturer Warranty:
- For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly to address any issues.
Refunds:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
