Captain Marvel

Just moments after Captain Marvel’s release fans have flooded in to see Carol Danvers in action. Since its release date, Captain Marvel has made a major score in the box office industry.

Captain Marvel earned almost $153 million in the United States. Captain Marvel made a total of about $455 million internationally. According to current ratings, Captain Marvel is just behind Avengers: Infinity War, The Fate of the Furious, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part Two, Jurassic World and Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

Captain Marvel did huge domestically and internationally. It displayed perhaps the new Marvel formula of a film. Captain Marvel made $89.3 million in China in just a week. Captain Marvels score in China over others is just under Avengers: Infinity War and Captain America: Civil War.

The film featured Carol Danvers as Captain Marvel who got her powers from the energy generated through the tesseract. The movie dates back into the ’90s when the pager was trendy.

The entire film is filled with fun and laughter along with some very dope action scenes. The film also has displayed an emotional bond between Carol and her former best friend.

The co-stars in the film are Nick Fury and Agent Coulson as Albeit. However, in this timeline, Agent Coulson is a low-level agent and Fury is just a normal but young member of the SHIELD. Fury plays a character we’ve never seen before in the all grumpy and savage Fury we knew from all the Avengers films.

The movie also features an alien cat who’ll probably be the one to swallow Thanos in Avengers: Endgame. The film received major positive critics and is currently fresh on 80 percent on the scale of rotten tomatoes. Even though the film went through a major trolling campaign before its release, still managed to become a box office hit.

Trolls criticize and made of the fact that Carol Danvers simply doesn’t smile enough. Some trolls took it too far by editing a smile on Captain Marvel’s face. Trolls believed they fixed her non-smiling problem, although they were very shocked to see her smiling more in the movie.

Despite all the criticisms over Marvels first ever female-led superhero film, Captain Marvels fate seems to be going further and faster. Captain Marvel took the highest solo film launch after Black Panther that made $202 million.

Despite all the negative remarks, Marvel has successfully made another amazing movie that’ll be one to remember for ages.
