Here’s what happened in the previous chapter, Eleceed Chapter 182:
- Victor remembers his fight with Kaydan in the past. He still couldn’t believe he lost to someone like Kaydan. He is filled with anger when Kaydan calls the fight fun and for ruining his face.
- Victor delights over the fact that Kaydan is now weakened after his fight that nearly took his life. Kaydan also prepares for his fight against Victor. He stays in the basement gathering his powers.
- Meanwhile, on the rooftop of the Baekdu organization, Victor is stirring up trouble for the organization. Suman Kang, the acting president of the organization, is unable to comply with Victor’s request.
- Suman realizes that the other South Korean organizations won’t come to their aid because of an incident in the past. However, despite this fact, Suman Kang decides to take on Victor alone.
- Just as Victor was about to destroy the entire building of the Baekdu Organisation, Jiyoung Yoo appears before them. Jiyoung is the chairman of the Shinhwa Association and the number 1 ranked awakener in South Korea.
- Victor smears at the fact that a non-world-ranked awakener dared to challenge him. But he is stunned when Jiyoung uses her ability “Space Isolation”. Jiyoung wants to show him not to mess with South Korean Awakeners.
