Summary Of Let’s Make a Mug Too Season 2 Episode 5
Let’s take a look at what happened in the latest episode of Let’s Make a Mug Too.
Touka reads her family’s diaries and realizes how much she misses them. She did, however, fall asleep after viewing some photographs that brought back memories. Since the festival has begun, the students arrive at school in the morning and enjoy coloring.
Himeno and Saki met on the stairwell and discussed the pottery. They also discussed the festival, and Nao joined in. They claimed she was not dressed as a person and was carrying coloring materials. When Nao inquires about the pottery club’s development, Saki discloses that Touko is working on constructing plates that would outperform the last one she made. Himeno returned home since she disliked coloring and was concerned about Touko.
She notices Touko’s sorrowful expression in the morning and wonders what is bothering her. When she got to the pottery clubhouse, she was greeted by Touko. Touko appeared to be departing. Himeno converses with Touko, who appears perplexed. But Touko brushed by Himeno, who attempted to converse with her.
Himeno is curious as to whether Touko has forgotten something. Touko came to a halt and informed Himeno that she would not be working today. Himeno is taken aback because Touko is quitting activities that she enjoys. Touko believes that making pottery when she is upset is terrible because she will screw things.
Himeno trailed Touko and mentioned gohei mochi, a place she discovered online. Touko accepts her offer, and the two set out on their journey. Himeno is doing everything she can to cheer Touko up and distract her from her worries. They arrive later and have fun performing various games and eating various food.
Touko begins to act the way Himeno remembers her, and Himeno is relieved that Touko has returned to her old self. Himeno explains that she was attempting to cheer her up after noting that she was upset.
Touko avoids this by talking about food, knowing that her problem is a family matter. But, because she had allowed things to make her depressed, she decided to tell Himeno what was bothering her. Touko went to her grandfather’s studio last night to pick him up and feed him dinner.
She informed him about the competition and the items she was preparing for it. She, on the other hand, wants him to come since she has been missing her family. Because he is elderly, the grandfather reveals that he will come if he is able.
Touko is concerned since her grandfather has told her five times. Her grandfather has never turned up, and Touko is unsure whether he will do so for the sixth time. Himeno assisted her in getting through it, and the two of them walked home together.
Touko is confident that her grandfather would show up this time since she will put on a fantastic performance. They discuss Saki and have fun while on their trip. Last year’s Mino ware contest was a huge success, so they remember it. The two understand that they must maintain a positive attitude and enjoy their ceramic work at all times.
Touko’s ambition is to win the prize for best in the show. She explains why she’s working on new artwork. They part ways, and Touko understands that she lost last year because she was focused on winning rather than revealing her best self. Mully’s coffee is eventually enjoyed by the girls.
