The MCU series for the Avengers are finally coming to an end with Avengers: Endgame. From what we’ve seen in the trailer, we are assured that Captain Marvel will help the Avengers. Moreover, we also know that Captain Marvel is now the strongest Avenger, but is she the strongest in the MCU? How will she assist the Avengers? Why doesn’t she go alone and defeat Thanos already? Well, our questions just recently got answered. Before Infinity War, the directors had to make way for Captain Marvel to join the Avengers to defeat Thanos. The best way they chose was the way that took our breaths away in Avengers: Infinity War. Therefore, breaking the Avengers and letting Thanos do the snap was the perfect way to invite Captain Marvel in for the fight. At the end of Infinity war, we saw Fury send a mysterious message to someone using a pager. After watching Captain Marvel we got to know that it really was Captain Marvel. In fact, it was Captain Marvel who altered Fury’s pager with alien tech so he can call her whenever needed. In the ending scene of Captain Marvel, we saw Carol arriving at Avengers HQ in just moments after Fury’s message. From the recent Avengers: Endgame trailer, Captain Marvel assistance in defeating Thanos is also confirmed. However, this still begs the question if Captain Marvel is strong enough? Kevin Feige, head of Marvel, gave us the big news just a few weeks before Captain Marvel’s release. He told us that Captain Marvel would become the leader in Avengers: Endgame. Therefore, the death of a leader, Captain America or Iron Man, can be expected.
