Shang-Chi to Feature Real Mandarin and Marvel Will Pay Him For The Same

Marvel is all set to bring the real Mandarin into MCU. This has finally been confirmed by Marvel Studios in the recent reports. Marvel keeps up with the promises that it makes, and this is one such example of the fulfillment.

Iron Man 3 was a hit and Fans will remember Ben Kingsley very well. He played an imposter version of the super-villain in the movie. Moving forward to the panel which had been conducted, the following announcement had been made.

Yet another successful panel was held at Comic-Con on July 20. There was an announcement made in the panel where Tony Leung, a Hong Kong action movie legend, will play the real Mandarin role in the upcoming movie, Shang-Chi. Furthermore, he joined the exciting cast for Shang-Chi and The Legend of The Ten Rings. This includes the Chinese-Canadian actor Simu Liu as the title superhero.

Adding further details, Shang-Chi will be played by Kim’s Convenience star Simu Liu, who will be a half-Chinese and half-American superhero. It is believed that the superhero has multiple wushu fighting styles. This confirmation was made by the Marvel Studio’s president Kevin Feige. Also, Awkwafina will be playing an unspecified role which will give some twist to the movie and will be liked by the fans. However, fans are waiting for the release of the movie and are looking for something that they have never watched before. The movie will be quite interesting and the characters being played will be great. The production team is working hard to get the best shots and the actors and co-actors are giving their best in making the movie.

The name itself suggests, The Mandarin’s ten rings play a vital role in the origin of Shang-Chi to be a part of MCU. A poster for the same was out which was an attractive one and the full movie name was printed as ‘SHANG-CHI AND THE LEGEND OF THE TEN RINGS’. The poster has attracted many fans and the public is keen to watch the movie whenever it is out. The director of the movie is Destin Daniel Cretton who has come forward with a different story for the viewers all over the world. The expected date for the movie to come to theaters will be February 12, 2021. The fans are already waiting for the movie to be released.

Before the announcement which has been mentioned above, Digital Spy had a word with Shang-Chi’s legendary creator Jim Starlin. They both talked about the crucially important position to be filled by him in the MCU after the aftermath of Avengers: Endgame series.

‘And you will never see me coming’ is one of the dialogues in the film that builds excitement in the audience to watch the movie. Kevin did not reveal more details in the reports, as he wants to keep suspense amongst the public in context to the Shang-Chi movie. There are die-hard fans of Marvel Comic-Con and they are all ready for Shang-Chi.
