Kit Harington In The Eternals:
Marvel Studios hit the news after it announced that Game of Thrones’ Kit Harington would be joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
He would be playing Dane Whitman in The Eternals when it releases in the winter of 2020. His character is the latest one in a long line of heroes as well as villains who will wear the Black Knight Moniker.
So, it was only a matter of time before fans took to their social media to sing praises for the casting. Moreover, BossLogic, a fan art genius, also made the design as to what Harington’s character could look like as the Black Knight, who wielded the Ebony Blade.
The Fan Art:
BossLogic made two art pieces which had Harington, one of which has him without a helmet and the other featuring one of his black and gold helmets, famous in the comics.
Both pieces miss the Black Knight’s classic brown leather bomber coat that fans have known and loved ever since the 1990s.
Kevin Feige’s Statement:
As of now, fans across the world only know about the role Harington would play in The Eternals.
Nevertheless, Marvel Studio president Kevin Feige has, on previous occasions, admitted that the film as well Harington’s role were something which has the potential to grow into something much larger in the future.
The Eternals is slated to hit theatres on November 6, 2020. It has a stellar cast which includes Angelina Jolie, Richard Madden, Kumail Nanjiani, Salma Hayek, Gemma Chan, and others.
