Tom Holland Injured On Spider Man 4 Set

Spider-Man: Brand New Day

Tom Holland, who is shooting Sony’s Spider-Man: Brand New Day, was injured on the UK set.

Insiders have confirmed that Tom Holland, who is playing web-slinging hero, was injured in the UK last Friday, 19th September and was immediately rushed to the hospital.

Fortunately, the injury was minor, and he got out with just a mild concussion to the head. The news was released two days after the incident, causing fans to panic.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day, like any other superhero movie, has many stunts, and even though a stunt double is used for dangerous stunts, there are possible mishaps even with severe safety precautions.

It is said that the stunt double also faced some injury, and both were taken to the hospital, while no one else was affected on the set.

Will Spider-Man: Brand New Day Be Delayed?

While Tom Holland will reportedly be taking several days of rest, the movie production is said to go on without any halt.

There has been no news about any delay in the movie release, which was set for July 31, 2026. This movie should be right on schedule before Avengers: Doomsday hits the screens next December.

With the last Spider-Man movie being a phenomenal hit for both Marvel and Sony, the expectation for this one is already over the roof, and any delay will cause fans to be worried as they are expecting it big time to establish the base for Doomsday.

As already announced, Spider-Man will also make his appearance in Doomsday with Robert Downey Jr. playing the greatest villain in Marvel comics, Doctor Doom.

This will be a reunion of Tom Holland and Robert Downey Jr. on screen after their last famous one as Spider-Man and Iron Man.

But this time around, they will meet as enemies.
