Global stars Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas were first seen together at the 2017 Met Gala. Since then, the two were spotted hanging out frequently. Within months of dating each other, they tied the knot with two over-the-top wedding ceremonies in 2018.

The couple only dated for a few months before they decided to get married. Within a month of their courtship, Nick and Priyanka flew to Mumbai to meet PC’s mother, Madhu Chopra.
As per multiple reports, Nick and Priyanka were supposed to meet her mom for lunch. But Priyanka got busy with her work. So Nick had to take his now mother-in-law out to lunch all alone. He wanted to meet her so that they could get to know each other well.

In a recent interview, the actress hilariously admitted to having spied on them. She said, “For people who do know me, I have a little bit of a control issue. I like to control the circumstances around me. I was inquisitive. I had a meeting. I was like, ‘Babe, what are you going to do? I have a meeting.’ Nick responded by asking her not to worry. He would go by himself with Priyanka’s mom for lunch.” She found that to be very strange yet surprising as they had been dating only for a couple of weeks. Naturally, she was worried about them meeting up. Hence, she sent her security to take pictures and study their body language.
Work status
Priyanka recently launched a Hair Care line called Anomaly. The actress also wrote a memoir titled ‘Unfinished’ during the lockdown. On the other hand, her singer-songwriter husband Nick Jonas has come up with new music. He dedicated his new album ‘Spaceman‘ to Priyanka.
