Who Poisoned Ida in One Piece?
One Piece chapter 1167 spoilers revealed something heartbreaking, not just to us but also to Loki, as his stepmother, Ida, is seen poisoned.
Why is Ida Important to Loki?
If it weren’t for this chapter, we would’ve never guessed or known the true feelings of Loki about his stepmother, Ida.
Ida was often seen petting and caring for Loki, which he always ignored or ran off from, but her kindness had already reached him.
In the latest chapter spoilers, we see that Ida is poisoned, and the person responsible is from Estrid’s hometown.
Who is Estrid?
Estrid is the queen of Elbaf, Harald’s arranged marriage wife and the birth mother of Loki. But she is entitled and does not care for him or the people.
She curses Loki and never touches him even once, but on the other hand, it was always Ida who behaved like a mother to Loki.
So when Loki learns that Ida is poisoned, he is furious and takes revenge on that village, declaring in rage that “Ida is my only mother.”
Who benefits from Poisoning Ida?
We see in the recent spoilers that Harald is a sharpened blade in the hands of the World Government, who is using him to control the pirates.
Harald makes a sea pact with the World Government, similar to Shanks and is in the rank of God’s Blade, the lowest of the three ranks in it.
Therefore, the ones who could benefit from internal strife in Elbaf are the World Government. Keeping Elbaf chaotic and divided suits the agenda of the World Government, as a unified Elbaf can easily throw out the Government’s control over it.
