Is William Vangeance and Licht the same in Black Clover?

William Vangeance is the former first captain of the Clover Kingdom’s Golden Dawn squad of the Magic Knights. He is said to be the closest person to becoming the next Wizard King. He shares a body with the elf Patolli, leader of the Eye of the Midnight Sun. They are separated after Patolli allows himself to be exorcised and is revived in an artificial body.
Despite being the top of the guilds, it, unfortunately, turned out that William Vangeance was a traitor to the kingdom. He shared his body with an elf spirit which had an intense dislike for humans, especially humans with strong magic powers. In addition to William Vangeance allowing the leader of Eye of the Midnight Sun to inhabit his body, the Golden Dawn happened to have several of their own taken over by elves during the Eye of the Midnight Sun’s attack on the Clover Kingdom. In the aftermath, many of them retained much of their power they gained from being taken over by the elves, which worked out in the Kingdom’s favor.
As William Vangeance
William is a 26-year-old man with an average height and a lean build. He has purple eyes and short white hair. William wears a helmet that also functions as a mask that obscures the upper half of his face. William is beloved by his men and commands extreme loyalty from them. He has a calm, friendly demeanor and nearly always wears an amiable smile when conversing with other people.
I couldn’t fully believe in Master Julius, or in the future I had a duty to protect. My weakness brought on this fight.
He still maintains a somewhat mysterious aura because most of his expression is covered by his mask. William possesses a three-leaf clover grimoire that contains various world tree-based spells. William uses this magic attribute to generate and manipulate world trees. Most of his attacks rely on draining magic or empowering his allies magic so fighting against a devil possessed with ludicrous amounts of magic would be hard.
As Licht
Licht is the leader of the Elf’s and is the other half of William Vangeance. He was married to Tetia, a human royal. Licht is a tall, slender-framed elf with white skin and somewhat effeminate facial features and gold eyes. His white hair was pulled back into a single braid.
Licht is a kind and compassionate elf who sought peace between elves and humans and shows a strong sense of understanding towards other people, both to elves and humans, and a strong sense of loyalty and love towards those he considers his friends. Despite the obvious evidence of Lemiel betraying and killing the elves, due to the Light Magic used in the attack, Licht never completely loses faith that his friend did nothing wrong and was innocent.
Licht possessed a four-leaf clover grimoire that contained various sword-based magic spells. Licht’s despair over the Massacre of the Elf’s turned his grimoire into a five-leaf clover one, and a devil later inhabits the book. Licht can also use forbidden magic to cast spells that draw power from the underworld.
