The Future Of MCU:
The release of Avengers: Endgame concluded the epic Infinity Saga by Marvel Studios. In the end, fans have no hopes of the superhero powerhouse having anything for box office domination.
As far as we know, MCU’s upcoming film The Eternals does not have any common comic-book names. The film will supposedly be following in the footsteps of Guardians of the Galaxy.
According to inside sources, The Eternals will launch a completely new franchise for Marvel fans. There would be many talented actors backing the said franchise, some of whom have already been announced.
However, according to actor Richard Madden, fans should expect more stars to come in Marvel’s Eternals.
Richard Madden’s Comments:
The Game of Thrones star recently received the Hugo Boss Most Stylish Man Award. In an interview, Madden reportedly made comments about his experiences of acting alongside some major Hollywood actors.
The actor has been working with superstars like Salma Hayek and Angelina Jolie in The Eternals.
According to him, he always gets starstruck around these stars. He cheekily quipped that there are more amazing actors to join the Marvel line-up in the future. And although he knows who those actors are, he does not reveal the details to audiences.
Madden also said that he is happy and excited to reunite with fellow Game of Thrones actor Kit Harrington in the MCU.
Possible Additions in the MCU:
Many characters could join the MCU. Some rumors suggest that the characters of Hercules, as well as Starfox, have roles in the upcoming film. But Marvel Studios is keeping shut and being extremely secretive about the film. So, it makes it quite difficult to find out whether these rumors have any truth to them or not.
Kevin Feige and His Statements:
Kevin Feige, the president of Marvel Studios, recently revealed that The Eternals will be quite different from the other franchises in the MCU.
Stating that it will change the MCU, he also made comments about introducing new characters. Moreover, certain important characters will also see their growth in the film, similar to the Avengers and the Guardians.
Feige further said that everything that follows Endgame and Far From Home will be very unique. They will be making changes in the stories and making certain characters return. They will also be introducing new characters, some of whom have never been heard of.
Other Plans:
According to reports, The Eternals are one group, although Marvel Studios wants to introduce an ensemble.
They believe in creating an ensemble right from the start, instead of building it up like in Avengers. Marvel plans to do this in the way they did in Guardians of the Galaxy. This means that Marvel wants to introduce a new group of people in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The Eternals will be released in theatres on November 6, 2020.
