The elders confess that they’ve been trying to capture the Gomu Gomu no Mi for 800 years, since the World Government’s inception, but it continues eluding them. That is when they disclose the truth: the Gomu Gomu no Mi is a Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit known as the “Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika”!
Luffy uses his new form to unleash a massive blast of Haoshoku Haki, knocking out numerous Beasts Pirates before growing his hand and capturing Kaidou’s entire dragon form and hauling him back up to the rooftKaidou makes a full recovery, and accepts responsibility for CP0 disrupting their battle, which Luffy accepts it and gets ready to face him again.
