Sabikui Bisco Episode 7: Release Date, Spoilers and Other Details
Milo and Bisco have entered snow country. They find a shot-down chopper and their journey for the heavenly mushroom continues. They rescue Tirol once again who helps them confront local merchants.
However, a vicious attack by a poisonous Octopus endangers their adventure. Will Bisco and Milos be able to find their way out of the Underground? About Sabikui Bisco
Sabikui Bisco is set in a post-apocalyptic Japan which has been ravaged by an arid wind. Rust is all that remains. The cause of this desolate state is supposed to be Mushroom pores.
Bisco Akaboshi, known as the “Man-Eating Mushroom,” is a wanted criminal archer whose arrows cause mushrooms to grow wherever they land. The anime follows his adventures with Milo and Akutagawa the crab as they search for the legendary mushroom Sabikui which can destroy all forms of rust.

Recap of Sabikui Bisco Episode 7
As Sabikui Bisco Episode 7 hasn’t been released yet, it would be great to recap Episode 6. Bisco and Milo have arrived in the snow country, hoping to find Shimobuki merchants who would give them shelter. Milo tries to shoot a snow rabbit but his fingers are too numb to release the arrow properly. They find Tirol encased in a chunk of snow. Milo saves her life and gives her a drink to keep her warm.
Tirol had repaired the helicopter at the temple and was flying to Miyagi. But it was shot down by an anti-aircraft cannon at the Shimobuki Garrison. Tirol says that she has given up on her life but Bisco brings her back to her senses. Milo offers her food and a body warmer and they all decide to follow the Shirakaba Line.
Akutagawa gets annoyed with Bisco and Tirol fighting and he throws them on the snow. Three local inhabitants approach them. Only Milo can speak their tongue. They want liquor, canned food or futon from pre-explosion Tokyo. Then the Shimobuki proposes a ridiculous barter of a warm overcoat for Akutagawa.
It turns out that the Shimobuki merchants are not blessed with clever marketing skills. Tirol is able to fool them into exchanging woolly overcoats for a piece of dried meat. They also got “The Encyclopedia of Creatures in Crying Child Ravine” for free. They come upon a secret underground staircase covered in snow.
They find Kahoku Steel weapons inside. Tirol’s skill as a mechanic comes in handy as she tries to repair a broken truck. She was a small worker at a farm before becoming the site manager as rust claimed employee after employee. She asks for more time to bring back the dead machine to life.
Meanwhile, Bisco and Milo share stories from their lives. Milo is excited to be on this adventure with Bisco, with all its danger and thrill. Bisco reminisces his father and master Jabi who taught him how to fight. Milo promises to save Jabi and says that Bisco is a fine Mushroom Guardian.
They find a visual of the “Pipe Snake” in the encyclopedia that the merchants gave them and immediately set out to find it. Tirol does not accompany those two and they part ways. As they are hopefully cruising in the revived vehicle, they come under attack from Heavy Oil Octopuses.
Milo’s archery skills is put to test and he protects Bisco’s blindside. Bisco launches Silver Acid Nemako. In a lightning-paced move, Akutagawa extracts the vehicle’s engine and then throws it into the octopus’ mouth. Milo is holding an arrow in the creature’s direction, but his hands are still shaking. Bisco steadies his hand and then they shoot the arrow together. The octopus is killed.
They come upon the Pit’s Snake which is humongous. But Pawoo shows up at the wrong time to take revenge and everything seems to be too entangled to be resolved.
Preview and Spoilers
Sabikui Bisco Episode 7 is titled “Rust-Eater Taken Away”. It shows Bisco and Milo in pursuit of the Rust-Eater mushroom. We see their failed attempts at killing the Pit’s Snake and we can only wonder how will they kill the giant monster.
Will Bisco’s own emotions get the better of him, or will he maintain his calm? That is one question we all will eagerly be searching the answers for. Perhaps Pawoo will reconcile with Bisco and help him in obtaining the heavenly mushroom.
