SS Rajamouli’s period drama ‘RRR‘ is a fictional story based on the life of Telugu freedom fighters Alluri Seetharamaraju and Komaram Bheem. With Ram Charan and Jr NTR in lead roles, the film also features Bollywood stars like Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn, Samuthirakani. International actors like Allison Doody and Ray Stevenson would also be a part of the same.

The poster shows Ram Charan wearing a shirt and riding a horse. On the other hand, Jr NTR can be seen riding a bike while wearing a kurta. Going by the poster, fans are expecting intense action sequences and breath-taking views from the film.
Change in release date
The makers of this Magnum Opus announced that the film would hit the big screen on October 13, 2021. The filmmakers took to Twitter to confirm this news by posting, “This October 13, witness Fire and Water come together as a FORCE that has never been experienced before. The biggest collaboration in Indian cinema is set to deliver a memorable experience!!! THE RIDE BEGINS.”
Initially, the film was supposed to release in October last year. But due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, it got delayed. The shoot of this big-budget film resumed last month in Hyderabad. The makers even released a video on returning to the sets during the pandemic, which further increased fans’ anticipation.
Big Budget
Considering it is Rajamouli’s period drama, the film is produced at an estimated budget of Rs 450 crore. It’s is bankrolled by DVV Danayya under the banner DVV Entertainments.
Chiranjeevi and Aamir to lend their voices
According to various reports, actor Chiranjeevi has got on board as the narrator for the film. He will lend his voice to introduce the characters of Jr NTR and Ram Charan for the film’s Telugu version. Some sources also claim that Aamir Khan has been signed to present the same characters for the Hindi version.
The makers haven’t made an official announcement yet, but the buzz has been making rounds on social media platforms for quite some time.
