The Witcher Season 2 Release Date confirmed as Production Has Wrapped Up

After what looks like a millennium of shooting, the Witcher season 2 production has finally wrapped up for good.

Final Good-Bye

Well, as of now, we don’t know what all characters are actually saying their final goodbyes, but we know one thing, this is everyone’s final goodbyes for the second season.

With a lot of obstacles along the way, the Witcher finished shooting, and as the actors pack up everything and leave home, fans have already started asking as to when the show will release.

Let’s give them some time to go home, and then we will also start doing the same.

Surprise That We Won’t Be Prepared For

Well, as far as rumors go, we will never be prepared for what is to come in the second season.

So, let’s just hope the actors and the writers give us some clues and prepare us for what’s to come.

Up until now, Lauren Hissrich has been stable in telling that the second season will come by this year’s end. So, let’s just hope we get some solid confirmation now that the filming is over.

Farewell Tweets

As expected, every cast and crew of the second season sent out their Farewell tweets. Some were really funny, and some were sweet, but all together, all of them were just relieved that this was over this time around.

Don’t get me wrong, they love shooting, but once something gets dragged over and over again, you start to feel irritated.

Freya Allan, who plays Ciri, has shown her excitement with a video, and everyone else has either posted their trailer picture sending farewell speeches.

Triss Merigold actor has actually reached home and sent her regards from her Kitchen.

On the other hand, Henry Cavill kept up his usual ritual of sending a personalized wrap gift. Cast and crew sent out a huge thank you for the beautiful souvenir they got from the Witcher.

The wrap news was first broke by Jacqueline Rathore, Henry Cavill’s personal hairdresser. The filming has been officially wrapped as of April 1, 2021.
