Recap for Tokyo Revengers Chapter 254

Since Chapter 255 is not out yet, we can go over Chapter 254. Several Kantou members were embroiled in a fight that ensued after the train rammed into a tower of metal storage units. Sanzu kills Mitsuya and Chifuyu in front of Takemichi because he did not like them.

Takemichi is unable to have another vision even though Sanzu is right there, touching the train tracks. He realises that he needs to come up with something very fast. He leaves his fight with Kakucho to face Sanzu. But the former drags him back. Takemichi has to then propose a brief truce

Finally, they both agree on this and proceed to face Sanzu who is inside the train trying to get the engine to start. He is talking to either himself or someone who is out of the frame. It is at this moment that Kakucho and Takemichi emerge to face Sanzu.
