The well-known anime series Log Horizon is a Sci-fi fantasy show where thousands of gamers who are logged on at the time of the update find themselves in a virtual game world that they all play ‘Elder Tale’. The protagonist, Shiroe along with his friends, Naotsugu and Akatsuki, team up to create a guild. Afterwards, he and other guild leaders come together to create the Round Table Alliance.
The series is based on the Japanese novel series written by Mamare Touno and illustrated by Kazuhiro Hara. After giving two successful seasons, the showrunners came back with a new season called Log Horizon: Destruction of the Round Table. Here is everything you need to know about the next episode.
Log Horizon: Season 3 Episode 5 release date
Studio Deen produced the anime, with Shinji Ishihara working as the director and Toshizo Nemoto as the scriptwriter. The third reason hit our screens on January 13, 2021 and has given us four episodes so far. The upcoming episode 5, titled “Blessings” is set to air on February 10, 2021.
You can stream the anime on Funimation with original Japanese audio and English subtitles. Japanese audiences can watch season 3 on Netflix Japan. Moreover, the first two seasons are also available with English dubbing on Hulu, Crunchyroll and Animelab.
Log Horizon Season 3: What plot to expect in Episode 5?
In the earlier episode, Shiroe discloses to the members of the Round Table that he and Touri decide to hold a general election, where both the People of the Earth and adventurers can vote. Later, he suggests Rayneshia to contest in the election but she turns it down. Nevertheless, Shiroe convinces her which makes Rayneshia change her mind.
After the campaigning begins, the polls seem to be in favour of Eins, as the People of the Earth favor him over Rayneshia, although the adventurers hold a different opinion. On the other hand, Eins is curious about Shiroe’s plan.
In the next episode 5, Rayneshia and Eins will be shown delivering speeches to the people of Akiba. The winner of the election will also be revealed to us.
