Hajrudin
Hajrudin is a giant, and he is one of the many characters introduced in the Dressrosa arc. He started off as a gladiator who wanted the power of Ace’s Mera Mera no Mi, but he ended up joining forces with the Straw Hats and helped to put an end to Doflamingo’s tyranny.
After the events of Dressrosa, Hajrudin allied himself with Buggy and became an S-class mercenary. He decided to resign and form his own crew, however, and he is now part of the Straw Hat Grand Fleet. Like other giants, he possesses tremendous physical strength, and his punches are said to be similar to bolts of thunder.

Bartolomeo
Bartolomeo is the captain of the Barto Club and probably Luffy’s biggest fan in the series. Just like Don Sai, he was introduced in the Dressrosa arc of the story.
At the end of the arc, Bartolomeo exchanged sake cups with the Straw Hats and ended up becoming a member of the Straw Hat Grand Fleet. Bartolomeo’s Bari Bari no Mi powers are incredibly useful since he can create barriers that can help Luffy and the Straw Hats.
Cavendish
Cavendish is the former prince of the Bourgeois Kingdom. When he got exiled, he became an incredibly powerful swordsman from the Grand Line. With his sword, Durandal, Cavendish can hack anyone to bits.
Additionally, the power of Cavendish’s other personality, called Hakuba, is strong enough to one-shot even strong fighters such as Dellinger. Being the captain of the First Ship of Luffy’s Grand Fleet, it is no surprise that he’s among Luffy’s greatest allies.
Ivankov
Emporio Ivankov is a commander of the Revolutionary Army. He is very close with Luffy’s father, and as a result, he has helped the Straw Hat captain a great deal. He ate the Horu Horu no Mi, which allows him to create special hormones that he can inject into others.
Ivankov used this ability to save Luffy’s life when he was exposed to deadly poison. He risked his own life to get Luffy out of Impel Down. He went to Marineford with Luffy in order to rescue Ace. Ivankov is a master of the Newkama Kenpo martial arts.

Shirahoshi
Undoubtedly, Luffy’s strongest ally at this point in the story is Shirahoshi, the Mermaid Princess. Although she may not be strong herself, her ability is by far one of the most dangerous ones in the story. According to Neptune, it can destroy the entire world.
Shirahoshi is the current incarnation of the Ancient weapon, Poseidon. It means that she can control the world’s Sea Kings, the massive creatures that are capable of destroying islands. Shirahoshi cares deeply about Luffy and would come to his aid if he ever needed her.
