- Deku knows that he isn’t strong to escape Ingenium’s hand, when Uravity happens to unleash her Quirk. Thus, they fall down out from the sky but luckily, Red Riot saves them.
- Red Riot recalls a story he heard about a kid that endeavored to save his friend from bullies. He says that being a Hero isn’t about how strong one is.
- Dynamite questions Deku as to whether he remembers what he said when Tomura stabbed him. Deku replies he doesn’t.
- However, Dynamite tells him that he had said to stop trying to win on his own. Despite the stabbing injury, his body moved on its own due to sheer will.
- Dynamite reveals that he always used to look down on Deku for being quirkless but that was a mere cover for his hidden inferiority complex.
- Since he felt like Deku was steps ahead of him, he reveals that’s why he used to bully him. He gives a heartfelt apology for what he did.
- Dynamite’s words awaken Deku as he realizes his grave mistake of not relying on his friends. He realizes that he can surpass All Might’s powers is for every body to join in protecting the civilians together. Relying on your friends when in need is the healthiest thing to do.
- Deku collapses out of sheer weakness and apologizes for his actions and statements and Dynamite catches him.
- Later, Izuku wakes up and is greeted by Thirteen’s full face as the latter gives him updates about the civilians and the anti-hero vigilantes.
