After that two week hiatus, we expect Solo Leveling to now go back to its regular schedule. So, unless any further delays are announced, Solo Leveling Chapter 170 is set for release next Thursday, 21st October.
Recap of Solo Leveling Chapter 169
In Chapter 169, we saw how chaotic everything becomes. Jin-Woo, with his new army, strongly insists that everyone should get as far away from the gates as possible. Despite the general disbelief in him, Jin-Woo firmly declares at the conference that hundreds of demonic beasts will appear at once.
His first plan is to deal with the gate in China, since it will help him get rid of the threat closest to Korea and because they would be the biggest threat to his family. After that, he plans to take on the other monarchs.
Much to everyone’s surprise though, no monsters arrive from the gates. The gates are all empty and it’s apparent that Jin-Woo was tricked. At the last minute, Jin-Woo realizes that the monsters will all come out of the gate that is furthest from him. A panicked Adam tells Jin-Woo about the countless horde of monsters suddenly appearing at Canada’s colossal gate.
Jin-Woo urges him to run while he still can. While Jin-Woo tries to save at least Adam by controlling the shadow he put on Adam, a menacing dark figure approaches, possibly killing Adam whose last words call for Jin-Woo.
What are Some Expectations for Solo Leveling Chapter 170?
With such an ending to Chapter 169, we can be sure the stakes are much higher now as so many top-ranking hunters died all at once. The situation seems to be the worst right now more than ever. The question is whether it will be all too much even for Jin-Woo to handle? Stay tuned to find out!
