A Brief Recap of Fire Force Chapter 300:

After the restoration of humanity, Shinrabanshomon waits for Haumea’s answer as to what she thinks of it. And, as usual, she’s not happy because she alone understands the collective desire of humanity. But, Shinrabanshomon discards her point and says that this is no hell.

He further on goes to point out the correlation between consciousness and despair. As long as there’s consciousness, despair is bound to be there too. However, as it turns out, he did some ‘changes’ which will make things more interesting and lively.

Cut to the next panel and we see the life on Earth, everyone escaped Adolla’s black flames. It seems like people have this funny feeling of something being different. And yes, something is certainly different as Captain Haijiki’s face gets cut in half but somehow he’s still alive. Is this a world of madness?

On the next page, Haumea asks Shinrabanshomon for clarification as to what’s happening. As it turns out, he lessened the value of lie and made death more intimate to people. To that, Haumea shuts herself in and tries to change the working of the world again. However, Charon stops her.

What Can Happen In The Next Chapter?

Looking at how Shinrabanshomon swiftly brings Charon into the game, it only makes it easy for him. After seeing Charon, Haumea stops crying and pouts; this is most probably the end of her despair.
