Will there even be a Hunter x Hunter Season 7?

Studio Madhouse hasn’t made any official announcements regarding the renewal of HxH Season 7. Nor does it seem like that announcement will arrive any soon. 

Some fans aren’t very optimistic about there being a renewal either as they say there’s not enough source material. All the manga volumes, they claim, have all been updated into the anime’s six seasons.

This is due to Togashi, the mangaka, going into hiatus because of major health concerns.

There is more certainty about the release of HxH Season 7 after the mangaka Togashi confirmed he’s resumed working on the manga. This news has given fans hope that there will be more original content from which the anime can be made.
