Amazon’s ‘Invincible’ renewed for second and third season

The last episode of the first season of Invincible arrives tomorrow. And Amazon has decided to share with its fans that the animated series has been renewed for a second and third seasons.

Invincible is inspired by Robert Kirkman’s comics and has been gaining more popularity with each new episode.

The news was shared directly by Amazon Studios on their official Twitter account:

“I am extremely grateful for the support and dedication put on Invincible by Amazon,” said Kirkman, who is also the creator of The Walking Dead.

At this point, we don’t know if the two new seasons will keep the format of the first, with eight one-hour episodes. However, this is excellent news for fans of the series who feared that tomorrow would be the last day of Invincible.

More about the show:

But as Mark develops powers of his own, he discovers his father’s legacy may not be as heroic as it seems.
The show started airing on March 25, 2021. It starred actors like Steven Yeun, Sandra Oh, and J.K. Simmons. It is currently available to watch only on Amazon Prime Video streaming service.
