The Eternals Can Reveal The Problems In The Happy Ending Of Avengers: Endgame

The Eternals is all set to release, the movie can reveal unplanned problems caused by the superheroes to defeat Thanos in Avengers: Endgame.

Eternals will present the latest collection of MCU heroes. But it can also recognize all the problems associated with Avengers: Endgame events. Officially announced at 2019’s San Diego Comic-Con, the movie will focus on the title characters of Marvel. Extremely vague for the entire film audience, Eternals is a group of super-strong beings created by the Celestials.

Eternals is currently in production, and Marvel Studios has been working to keep the details of the film undercover. However, set photos and other information has made it to the Internet. Giving fans a clue of what the film could be about. The story seems to solve some of the other questions left by Avengers: Endgame.

Let’s talk about the problems in the Avengers: Endgame that Eternals might reveal.

Eternals’ Plot Is Directly Connected To Avengers: Endgame

Avenger Endgame

Kevin Feige said earlier that Eternals events will take place for over 7,000 years. It means that the film will cope with different eras in history. The set photos support this. However, it seems that the main story takes place in modern MCU. Based on the latest film summary, it will follow the events of Avengers: Endgame. And The Deviants force the ancient heroes to come out together.

Interestingly, the primary catalyst of the film was “an unexpected tragedy.” Although they did not provide any additional information about the alleged catastrophe. There is a chance that this relates to the battle of the Mighty Earth Heroes with Thanos. Assuming that this is the case, starting the history of Eternals with what went on in Avengers: Endgame will be an effective way to link the new property with the larger MCU.

Avengers: Endgame’s Ending Left unanswered Questions

avenger endgame ending scene
Avenger Endgame

Questions about MCU travel rules were one of the most discussed topics after the release of Avengers: Endgame. Eternals could better determine the parameters of the concept. Thus explaining potential scenarios that fans were considering, including the idea of going back in time to get Infinity Stones. Avengers: Endgame had enabled time travel through a combination of Stark and Pym technology. With Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) return from the dead, making many journeys should be easy. The Eternals can finally confirm how many alternate realities the Avengers created during the Time Heist shenanigans.

Another urgent inquiry concerns the actual status of the Thanos MCU. The initial assumption was that the snap killed half the life in the universe in Avengers: Infinity War, while Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) in Avengers: Endgame brought them back. However, Marvel Studios co-chairman Louis D’Esposito explained that Infinity Stones apparently could not reverse death. This means that those who were killed in Decimation were not technically dead because they could be resurrected. In this case, there is also a chance that Tony Stark’s (Robert Downey Jr.) sacrificial snap did not murder Mad Titan and his minions.

After defeating Thanos in Avengers: Endgame, there wasn’t much discussion about what happened to him and whether there was any chance to return. Given the villain’s connections with the cosmic race as the son of A’lars, perhaps the coming Eternal may not only provide more information about his history but also reveal his actual current state.

Eternals Will Examine The Endgame Fallout Properly

The Eternals
The Eternals

As the film deals with separate and individual gang quarrel, it will also be able to deal with the aftermath of Avengers: Endgame properly. In addition to merely dealing with the fall of Avengers: Endgame, Eternals can also explore other consequences using the power of all six Infinity Stones. Given the cosmic origin of Eternals, the movie can focus on how a substantial galactic event has also affected space outside Earth. This would allow Marvel Studios to organically expand the narrative settings because everything could still be rooted in the Avengers: Endgame events.

MCU launched Avengers: Endgame as a finale, but it’s no secret that it won’t end the series. The universe will evolve with the introduction of new characters and the restoration of familiar faces.

So those were the problems in the Avengers: Endgame that Eternals might reveal. If you have some more in your mind, let us know in the comments section.

One Thing in Common With The Avengers: Endgame’s Most Significant Deaths

Avengers: Endgame is The Climax of Infinity Saga, Which Describes Several Significant MCU Deaths – They All have at least One Thing in Common.

The infamous Avengers: Endgame had some of the most prominent deaths in the MCU, and they all have one thing in common. Making the film after the devastating end of Avengers: Infinity War, directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, ended the saga of Infinity, which included the death of some of its greatest players i.e., Avengers: Endgame’s significant deaths.

After a five-year-jump in time, the Endgame attack took place thanks to Scott Lang / Ant-Man (Paul Rudd). Who got stuck in the quantum kingdom when the decimation of Thanos (Josh Brolin) took place. This allowed them to go back in time to recover all six Infinity Stones before the Mad Titan catches them. So that they will be able to bring back all who died from the deadly crash, this process, however, required sacrifices from the heroes to succeed.

Unlike Infinity War, Endgame had fewer deaths. The first ended in the fact that half of the life in the universe turned into dust, including many allies of the Avengers. That being said, every death in Avengers: Endgame had a massive impact on the narrative and the MCU as a whole moving forward. They were also all purposeful, and they were done by sacrificing in different ways.

BLACK WIDOW’S DEATH IN AVENGERS: ENDGAME

BLACK WIDOW'S DEATH IN ENDGAME
BLACK WIDOW

To get the Soul Stone in Vormir, Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) and Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) fought with each other for who would sacrifice for the stone. In the end, the Black Widow won, and her tragic death was essential to the mission. On the other hand, Nebula (Karen Gillan) came face to face with her wicked personality after she was kidnapped by Thanos and turned into the 2014 version. This allowed Mad Titan to plant heroes after they brought those who died in the Infinity War. With two Nebulas opposing each other, the modern version decided to kill its past to save Gamorha 2014 (Zoe Saldana).

IRON MAN’S DEATH IN AVENGERS: ENDGAME

IRON MAN'S DEATH
IRON MAN

Finally, the death of Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) also took place similar to the death of the Black Widow. He was knowing perfectly that his suit would not be able to withstand the power of all six Infinity Stones. He decided to continue using it in the hope of ending Thanos. In the alternate Endgame scene with him and adult Morgan Stark  (Katherine Langford) apologized for death in this way. Which means that he knew perfectly well that he would not survive using a gauntlet. Even when looking at Thanos’ first death, he knew that the heroes would be looking for him. Although he might not know when or how they came. But the fact that he allowed himself to live defenseless in the Garden meant he had finished fighting because his mission for life had already ended.

A similar argument can be made during the second death of Thanos. Instead of fighting the inevitable, he just sat and waited for it to turn entirely into dust.

COMPARISON WITH AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR

Infinity war vs. Endgame
Infinity war vs. Endgame

In retrospect, death in Avengers: Endgame was the complete opposite of death in the Infinity War. The heroes refused to sacrifice anyone on their list. The hope was that they would be able to defeat Thanos as long as they were together. Captain America (Chris Evans) could have implemented Vision (Paul Bettany’s) idea of destroying the Mind Stone. When they finally decided to move forward, it was too late, and Thanos was able to get the last elemental crystal he needed to snap. The same can be said of Dr. Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) willingly giving up the Time Stone in exchange for Tony’s life. Although it’s worth noting that The Wizard knew very well that he needed him to live to defeat Thanos.

So folks! That was all about the Avengers: Endgame’s most significant deaths.

Thor: The Dark World Initially Had A Completely Different And Far Better Ending

Original Ending Of Thor: The Dark World

Marvel’s Thor: The Dark World initially had a completely different ending – and it would have been a considerable improvement in the final release. Keep reading for Thor: The Dark World Different Ending.

Thor: The Dark World initially had a completely different ending. In general, the MCU has a good image for quality. However, there were quite a few early trips; and Thor: The Dark World is generally seen as one of the worst. It has one of the lowest MCU ratings on the Rotten Tomatoes aggregate review site, with a criticism score of 66%. Actress Natalie Portman, who played Jane Foster in the movie, found the experience of producing Thor: The Dark World quite unsatisfactory. The relationship between Marvel Studios and Portman worsened to the point that Portman left the MCU; she was unhappy about Marvel’s treatment of her friend Patty Jenkins, the first director selected for the movie. The script poorly portrayed Portman’s character.

The alternative ending of Thor: The Dark World, released in the Infinity Saga set, shows that this does not always have to be the case. It looks like Marvel initially had very different plans for both Thor and Jane Foster. And that would have been much effective.

1.Jane Foster’s Breakup With Thor

Thor: The Dark World
Thor and Jane

The alternative ending opens Thor’s awakening on Earth, under his father’s protection. In this version, the battle for Convergence almost killed Thor, and he was unconscious for three days; Odin was afraid that his son would not survive the journey through Bifrost. This is why the Thunder God was looking after him in Jane Foster’s apartment. It gave Odin time to meet Jane, and he was impressed. He realized that Thor was not blinded by passion as he thought. Odin apologizes to Thor for doubting his wisdom. He later admits that he has made the right decisions in the Malekith case and proved to be worthy.

But Thor’s dignity comes at a price because he learns that Jane has decided they can’t be together. These three days gave Jane time to reflect and think. She concluded that love was not enough; they both have their commitments. Her commitment was her work, and Thor’s was the throne of Asgard. Initially, Thor resists Jane’s wishes, claiming that he is not burning for the throne, but Jane insists that this is why he will be a great king. They both eventually realize that they have been gathered to save lives, not to share them; they were, in fact, the defense mechanism of the universe, protection against the threat of Convergence. So Thor comes back to Asgard to take the throne of Odin, while Jane and her friends remain on Earth.

2.This Variation Ending Treated Jane Foster As A Firm Character

Thor: The Dark World

It seems that Marvel initially intended to bring the topic of romance to the center of Thor: The Dark World. Indeed, these alternate endings fit into reports in which they planned that Thor 2 would be their version of Romeo and Juliet, with Thor divided between his love for Jane and his loyalty to Asgard and the All-Father. It is impressive, however, that this version gave Jane Foster a real sense of agency. In the end, she breaks it. She is given three days to imagine what life would be like with Thor. And she realizes that it can’t work because they will always be drawn towards different directions. Thor is bound to take the throne of Asgard, but Jane would be useless there, and she can’t stand it.

Meanwhile, the alternative ending helps Portman’s sheer quality of play. She manages to portray Jane as a complex, conflicted woman, someone who loves Thor and yet knows what she must do. The message is exceptionally mature for stories about superheroes, who often indulge in romantic fulfillment, as a result of which the ending is bittersweet. Thor is freed to take the throne, and Jane Foster can continue her life. As Thor and Odin leave, Darcy suggests that Jane might have made a big mistake; this is a typical Darcy where she offends someone, but it perfectly expresses the doubts and uncertainty that accompanies romance in the real world.

3. The Concept Of Destiny Would Have Said More About Thor: Love & Thunder

Thor: Love and Thunder
Thor: Love and Thunder

Meanwhile, the alternative ending completes a subtle theme in Thor: The Dark World, which has always seemed a bit incomplete. In one early scene, Thor claims that he and Jane have combined fate; it was never developed in the final theater, but the alternative ending suggests that it was initially more involved. Thor refers to Loki’s comment, suggesting that the Trickster God also said something about his destiny. In the end, however, the Thunder God realizes that the love he shares with Jane is a universal defense mechanism, a fate that ensures life will be preserved, and Malekith will be defeated.

In some ways, it announces the return of Jane Foster in Thor: Love & Thunder – where she is intended to own Mjolnir herself. After all, it implies that fate has a significant effect on Jane’s life; although she and Thor believe that this is the end, there is no real reason why it cannot be developed further. Indeed, Brandon T. Snider’s novel ‘The Cosmic Quest Volume II: Aftermath’ – a related book embedded in the repercussions of Avengers: Endgame – revealed that Jane’s contact with Ether subtly changed it. It seems that Jane now has some cosmic consciousness, to such an extent that she felt the crack of Thanos, even if she wasn’t killed by it. She is no longer a mere mortal, and that could easily mean she was meant for something greater than she had ever believed – for example, wielding Thor’s power.

4.Marvel’s Loki Reveal Didn’t Have Any Benefit.

Thor: The Dark World
Loki

It is not difficult to understand why Marvel Studios turned away from this alternative ending; Loki died in the original version, killed by Malekith. “Loki’s death on Svartalfheim was written as death,” explained Tom Hiddleston. “I would say Chris and I played this scene for real. It meant that he had redeemed himself, helped save his brother, helped save Jane Foster, but sacrificed himself in the process.” Marvel came up with a better plan for the Trickster God, allowing him to survive and pretend Odin, and take over the throne of Asgard himself. This naturally had to be corrected in the other conclusions of Thor: The Dark World, because it would work better if Thor stayed on Earth. Hence the replays.

And yet Thor: Ragnarok was not interested in developing this idea; he doesn’t spend a lot of time researching Loki’s rule. Adjusting the MCU to this other ending would not be difficult. Thor could still return to Earth in Avengers: Age of Ultron to personally acquire Loki’s Scepter and then experience the play of Infinity Stones; he could then decide to leave Asgard to search the universe for clues as to who was responsible. Thor could quickly appoint Odin as regent in his absence – and Odin can still be replaced by Loki, which means that almost everything played the same way. Marvel didn’t hit the trick when they finalized Thor: The Dark World again.

What Does Avengers: Endgame Cut Line Reveal?

The Agreement Between Avengers: Endgame Thanos And Ronan:

In Avengers: Endgame, Thanos sends his daughters Gamora And Nebula to Ronan. We first see the Mad Titan’s daughters when Guardians of the Galaxy introduces them to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. During that time, they were on loan to Ronan the Accuser. Furthermore, Ronan is a Kree zealot who wishes to destroy Xander and the Nova Corps.

Ronan And His Relation To Thanos’ Daughters:

In Avengers: Endgame, Thanos clearly strikes some sort of an agreement with Ronan. This involves Gamora And Nebula. However, it never explains why the Mad Titan sends them to Ronan. A line that was written in the screenplay of Endgame could have shed some light on this question. However, the scene did not make it into the theatrical release of the movie.

The Scene Where Avengers: Endgame Thanos Sends His Daughters to Ronan:

After the Avengers go back in time to try and retrieve the stones during the film, the perspective shifts to Thanos. It also shows the times of the past. It is then that we find out that Thanos gets information. He is informed that Ronan discovered the Power Stone’s location on Morag. In Avengers: Endgame, Thanos tells his daughters that they’ll go to Ronan’s ship. Moreover, they will keep an eye on him to make sure his obsession with Xander doesn’t cost Thanos the Infinity Stone.

The cut line from the scene has Thanos saying, “After Loki, I’m taking no chances.” It is a very small thing. Regardless, it shows that Nebula, as well as Gamora’s involvement in the events of Guardians of the Galaxy, are related here. Their involvement is a direct result of Loki’s failure to retrieve the Space Stone. Furthermore, it is due to this involvement that they lost the Mind Stone as well.

And it is this failure which makes Thanos send his daughters to Ronan. Subsequently, it is due to this that Gamora gets the opportunity to act against her father. And by doing so, she becomes entangled with Star-Lord and the other Guardians.

Morgan Stark And Her Future Explained By Endgame Deleted Scenes

Morgan Stark And Her Deleted Scene From Endgame:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pkTThp4kfhY

With the launch of Disney Plus, we can now see the deleted Morgan Stark scene. Fans have discovered one of the many Endgame Deleted Scenes, including the one with Katherine Langford. This is one scene that everyone was curious about. The curiosity was even bigger after her name was listed as a cast member by IMDb. However, we never saw her in the film. Regardless, the moment has finally come for us.

In the scene, Tony finds himself in the actual, physical world. He is standing across from his daughter, Morgan Stark, who is all grown up. Seemingly confused, Tony wonders if he made the right decision. Subsequently, we see this confusion and sadness take over his expression. And it is here that we see his daughter console him, rather than the other way around.

The Grown-Up Morgan Stark

Morgan explains that she understands why he did what he did. Furthermore, she says that she is aware that someone had to take that fateful action, especially to save the rest of humankind. Then, she continues by saying she is proud of him. Additionally, she also says that she is sad. However, she is “strong like mom.” Simultaneously, she explains that she is happy that they had the time that they spent together. Lastly, she says she feels happy that her father was present until “he couldn’t be.”

Following this, Morgan Stark tells her father that she loves him. And soon after that, Tony whispers “I love you 3000” in her ear. This is where the scene comes to a heart-breaking close. And this may not seem like a lot to most fans. However, we can predict a few things about Morgan’s future identity based on how she handled the situation in Endgame.

Stark Will Not Break:

It is possible that Marvel will retain the characterization they granted to Morgan Stark in the soul world. And if that happens, we are sure that she will proceed in the MCU as a character that is resilient and has determination. She is someone who did not break after her father’s death. The entire experience did affect her and shape her as well, but she is not bitter. Rather, she is very accepting of the truth.

At a very young age, Morgan Stark understands true heroism and selflessness. Moreover, she knows of the unbridled altruism. She understands that it takes a lot of courage to put others before yourself.

This is completely opposite to Tony Stark’s narrative arc. He was a character who transitioned from a selfish egoist to a selfless savior. In comparison, it seems that Morgan is already at that place. She is someone who views the world from a position that is greater than herself.

How Morgan’s Journey Will Be Opposite To That Of Her Father’s After Endgame:

Morgan Stark might need to learn which time is best to put herself first. This is especially because constant sacrifice can have negative results just as much as selfishness can. However, if she does become a hero, she may struggle a lot. More so, when it comes to fulfilling personal goals while balancing her savior responsibilities.

In the comics, Morgan is Iron Man’s male cousin. He is someone who constantly tries to take Tony down. However, judging by the plot trajectory of MCU until now, something like this isn’t quite plausible. Rather, it is possible that Morgan Stark and Hawkeye’s daughter will become heroes. Additionally, they might develop a bond of their own.

Both of them have lost their dear ones, and both are the products of great sacrifice, in some way. In regards to this, there could be a dynamic character relationship between the two of them.

Avengers: Endgame Deleted Scenes Unveiled, Shows Stark’s Goodbye To His Daughter

New Avengers: Endgame Deleted Scenes:

One of the most anticipated Avengers: Endgame Deleted Scenes has now been unveiled on Disney+. This scene has the addition of the 13 Reasons Why actress Katherine Langford in it as well. Moreover, the scene also has commentary from directors Anthony and Joe Russo. Additionally, those who already have Disney+ have seen the actress as Morgan Stark. She appears in the moments after her father snaps his fingers wearing the Infinity Gauntlet.

Details Of The Scene:

This is amongst the many Avengers: Endgame Deleted Scenes. In this scene, Tony is in the metaphysical realm. Moreover, we can see him visiting the future version of his daughter. Furthermore, this scene is just before his heartbreaking death in his battle against Thanos.

The news of this never before-seen footage is spreading like wildfire on social media. Fans are also going crazy at the idea of seeing something from Endgame, especially after so many months.

https://youtu.be/pkTThp4kfhY

What Else Is Special About The Avengers: Endgame Deleted Scenes?

There’s something that’s special about this scene. In one of the special Endgame Deleted Scenes, it shows an emotional heart-to-heart conversation between a father and his daughter. Moreover, this is just before he returns to reality to say his final goodbyes. He bids an emotional farewell to Pepper Potts, Peter Parker, and the other Avengers.

In regards to this, co-writer Christopher Markus also says something. He speaks about why the scene was cut from the theatrical release of the film. He says, “it was just a very sort of ruminative scene in a time when you really wanted to be on the plot. And as much as… and it also, because of its nature that we’re going through, we couldn’t move.”

He says that the scene had to go. It had its reasons.

The Other Avengers: Endgame Deleted Scenes:

The Russo brothers also speak of another scene. In this, Tony goes to the metaphysical Way Station. This is the same place where Thanos sees a young Gamora after snapping his fingers. And it is here where Tony sees an older version of his own daughter, played by actress Katherine Langford.

The deleted scene with Tony and his daughter mirrors that of Thanos with Gamora. But, this scene shows him as the hero, who just saved millions of humans across the universe, thereby sacrificing himself.

Avengers: Endgame Theory Suggests Hero Rat Appeared Previously in MCU

Theory Of The Appearance Of Endgame Rat:

You cannot deny the fact that in Endgame, Rat is amongst the unsung heroes. He is also a part of the plot device that sets the Avengers on the road to take Thanos down for good. However, according to a new fan theory, Endgame isn’t the first time we see the rodent.

One of these theories suggests that it is the same rate as in Ant-Man. In the film, Scott Lang bumps into this rat after using his suit for one of the first times.

Explanation Of The Endgame Rat Theory:

This would mean that the rat keeps track of Lang and his friends for almost nine years. It might also be making sure that they were always out of harm’s way. If that is the case, then many fans would want to see a Lifetime movie about the Endgame Rat. However, one of the fans states that the longest lifespan of a rat currently sits at seven years and four months.

We know that Ant-Man takes place sometime in 2015. Furthermore, the rat opens up Lang’s quantum tunnel in 2023. Therefore, this means that we will have to have a record-setting rat to portray it in the MCU.

https://old.reddit.com/r/marvelstudios/comments/dnssq1/theory_the_rat_that_released_scott_out_of_the/

The Conclusion:

Regardless of everything, the Avengers: Endgame Rat will always hold a dear place in our hearts. Even writer Christopher Markus and director Joe Russo call him the hero of the entire film. They also regard him as the savior of the universe and the hero of the Infinity Saga.

Captain America Always Aimed For The Head Against Thanos Unlike Thor

The Battle of Thanos Vs Captain America:

In Infinity War, we see how Thor fails to defeat Thanos. This is because he does not go for Thanos’ head in the film. However, we see something similar in Avengers: Endgame. Captain America does not make the same mistake in Endgame. And so, in the battle of Thanos Vs Captain America five years later, Cap aims for the head and defeats the Mad Titan. Surely Thor could learn a thing or two from Cap in this case.

How Was The Avengers: Endgame Captain America Different?

In Infinity War, most of the heroes spend their time trying to fight the Black Order. They are also trying to stop Thanos from possessing the Infinity Stones. Meanwhile, Thor works alongside Rocket and Groot. They are working on building a weapon that Thor can use to kill Thanos. And this weapon is called the Stormbreaker.

Once they complete this task, Thor arrives in the battle and saves the day. He strikes on Thanos, seemingly as if it is a killing blow. However, it is nothing close to it. Thanos survives long enough to snap his fingers. Subsequently, he wipes out half of all life in the universe. And then, the Mad Titan points out to the God of Thunder that he should have “gone for the head.”

I just realized that Captain America always aimed for the head when fighting Thanos, and made enough damage to force Thanos to take his helmet off. from marvelstudios

Next, during the final battle in Avenger: Endgame, Captain America fights Thanos. However, in this Thanos Vs Captain America battle, the latter takes a different approach. As many fans have pointed out, Cap focusses on the head while fighting with Thanos. He continues to lash out at him with both his shield and the Mjolnir. And by doing so, he strikes him several times in the head with tremendous force. Caps blows are so strong that Thanos gets on the defensive side for a while and even removes his helmet.

The Thanos Vs Captain America Showdown:

Captain America’s handling of Thanos speaks volumes about his fighting skills and tactical abilities. He is not like Thor, Hulk or even Captain Marvel. Instead, Steve Rogers is someone who cannot win his battles by physical strength alone. He is someone who has the ability to go head-to-head with some of the strongest Marvel characters. And he does so by relying on strategy and martial arts. Cap understands better than anyone else how battles can be won. And this is why, in Endgame, he uses his knowledge while facing his biggest adversary.

Captain America’s Age in Final Scene of Avengers: Endgame Revealed by Marvel

Captain America’s Age in Final Scene of Avengers: Endgame

Infinity Saga got its closure with the release of Avengers: Endgame this year. This closure also marks the beginning of the next chapter in the MCU. But there still remain some questions which are baffling fans all across the world. One of these questions is regarding the age of Steve Rogers/ Captain America in one of the most poignant scenes of the film. In the scene, Cap passes his shield onto the Falcon or Sam Wilson. In other words, the man sitting on that park bench is not young, as many think he is.

Jen Underdahl’s Comments on Captain America’s Age

The visual effects producer of the film, Jen Underdahl, recently made various comments about the different elements of Endgame and Infinity War in an interview. One of the many questions that she gave answers to was about the creation of the look of Old Captain America.

According to her, they had to ask a lot of questions in order to work out the creation of that look. One such question was what Steve Rogers would look like when he is 106. Others such as what his skin would be like were also taken into consideration. It is after these that Rogers’ profile was created to give him a 106-year-old super soldier look.

Why 106 years old?

Again, there are questions as to why the number 106. Underdahl states that we have to note a piece of important information about Steve Rogers. This information is his birthdate. Rogers was born on July 4, 1918. Catching this into consideration, Steve will be 105 years old in 2023, the year when most of Endgame takes place. But a minor change is okay since 106 is close enough to the actual dates.

Other Calculations:

Despite the fact that it is somewhat of a correct answer, the number sill has discrepancies. This is because Steve does not quite have a straight line on the calendar. Considering he was born in 1918, he should be around 27 when goes into the ice in 1945. Also, he remains there for the next 66 years, if Captain America: The First Avenger ends in 2011. Also, he starts to age once he comes out of the ice, meaning in present-day Endgame, he should be around 39 years old.

39 is also the age he is when he goes back in time to reunite with Peggy Carter. According to Stephen McFeely, some co-writer of Endgame, the reunion happens in 1948. Therefore, this makes him 39 in terms of aging.

Further Explanations:

To simplify things, if we consider that Peggy dies in 2015, this means that she spent 67 years with Rogers. This number makes Steve around 106 years old. This gives rise to the assumption that maybe Steve used a Pym Particle to go to 2023 which is where we see him at the end of the movie. However, the whole idea of time travel and the use of Pym Particle and different timelines sort of creates a grey area of confusion. This could also mean that he did not use the Particle. So, 106 seems an age close to both the story as well as his creation. He would still be 106 if not for the time-traveling or being frozen.

Avengers: Endgame Is Still In Theaters And Here’s How Much It Still Making

Endgame Keeps Breaking All Records:

Avengers: Endgame is the highest-grossing film of all time, which keeps breaking records even after its Blu-Ray release. The film is still being shown in over 100 theatres all across the United States.

Studies of the box office receipts by various studios and exhibitors suggest that the film has made more than $850 million (Domestic). This is only in the domestic box office, as opposed to a staggering $2.8 million on an international level.

Single Day Earnings:

Endgame made a revenue of $2,820 at nearly 110 theatres on just September 4th itself. This is in addition to a whopping $16,000 on Labour Day.

The earnings suggest that Endgame is still playing in theatres that are mostly empty. It is important to note that the movie is now available for viewing on Blu-ray.

Despite that, there are people who would rather see their favorite Marvel heroes on the big screen.

The Reason Behind the Huge Earning:

Such huge revenues are not uncommon for huge blockbusters. Especially for something like Avengers, which has a huge fan-base all around the world, such earnings are quite common.

This is also in regards to the obvious overlap window that takes place between the theatrical run of a movie and its home release.

The time gap between the two seems to be getting closer with every movie. While Avengers: Endgame hit theatres on April 26th this year, it was available for streaming on July 30th.

Even the time span for which the film remains in theatres affects the earnings. The previous highest-grossing film of all time was Avatar.

It was reportedly in theatres for almost 34 weeks. But, with new movies and blockbusters releasing every week or other, this time period has been cut short. Avengers: Endgame moved out of theatres in just 18 weeks.

Comparisons:

To make a comparison, Spider-Man: Far From Home is still running in over 3,000 theatres across the world. One of the reasons for this is its re-release, before which it was in almost 1,000 theatres.

The film has earned around $1.3 million on Labour Day, with $400,000 on a single day in September.

To calculate, the amount comes to $128 per screen for Spider-Man and $26 for Endgame, for one day. One of the major reasons for the films still being in theatres is the proximity along with their plot connections with each other.

The connections make both the movies seem more cohesive to each other, thus making fans want to see both.

Avengers: Endgame Adds Yet Another Feather to Its Hat, Another Record Broken

Yet Another Record Broken:
Endgame has not only been the highest-grossing movies of 2019 but has also been setting and breaking various records this year.
Recently, it became the fastest-selling digital download in the United Kingdom. With this success, everyone involved in the making of the film has been experiencing an all-time high.

By IndiaGlitz

Other Contenders:
Endgame overtook Bohemian Rhapsody’s position for the top spot, a film which had debuted with 265,000 in its first week itself. The conclusion for the Infinity Saga crossed that record with a staggering 335,400.
Additionally, along with Endgame in the first position and Avengers: Infinity War coming in third with 253,000, Bohemian Rhapsody became the only non-Marvel movie having a spot in the top three in the United Kingdom.
One of the reasons for Avengers: Endgame is at the top is that the movie isn’t available on DVD or Blu-ray in the UK as of yet.

Why Such A Success?

Fans have been flocking to the big screen to watch the film more so since the film is not going to be available on Amazon Prime or Netflix anytime soon.

With Disney Plus launching in November, it could potentially see a huge consumer base due to the numerous Marvel Studios movies that are lined up to air on the platform.

Regardless, there could be problems as well since the launch date for the video streaming platform has not yet been revealed for many countries, one of which is the United Kingdom.

Disney Plus Launch Dates:
The 2019 Disney D23 Expo did give fans some much-needed details about the upcoming platform. A few weeks after its launch, Disney Plus will hit four major world markets in addition to the United States.

This includes The Netherlands and Canada on November 12th, along with New Zealand and Austria on November 19th. There was no date for the fans in the UK.

Disney’s Plans of Growth Hindered?
Disney reportedly has plans to reach all the major world markets within the first years after its launch.

But, with no clear and set dates available for most countries, no one, especially the potential users in the UK, knows when they would be able to enjoy the wide array of content that is to come to the platform.

Fan Spots Mistake by Doctor Strange in Avengers: Endgame

More Hidden Easter Eggs

With Endgame now available for viewers on DVD and Blue-ray, fans from the United States have been using social media as a platform to share details and facts about the movie that they had missed in theatres.

A lot of the time, fans re-watch the films to spot hidden Easter eggs, which the films seem to be full of. These include the X-Men nods, the ballet shoes on Black Widow’s desk or even Dr. Arnim Zola, the villain of Captain America, making a brief cameo in the film.

Newest Easter Egg Spotting

Recently, an eagle-eyed fan of the franchise took to Instagram to point out an error that could be major where the continuity of the final battle of Endgame is concerned.

The scene here is between Thor and Iron Man, along with the rest of the Avengers. It seems like Thor is standing helpless in the battle with Iron Man and the others who haven’t been able to defeat Thanos and his army when one of the sling ring portals of Doctor Strange appears behind Cap. Then, the defeated heroes start walking through it.

And when Doctor Strange finally makes an appearance, it is noted that he wasn’t wearing the Eye of Agamotto. This does makes sense, in a way, considering the Sorcerer had given up the Time Stone so that he could save Tony Stark in Infinity War.

But everything is not as perfect as it seems to be in the movies since the makers have made a huge error in a later scene. In the scene, as the Avengers line up together to take Thanos down after Captain America asks all Avengers to assemble, we can see the Time Stone hanging from Doctor Strange’s neck once again.

Fan Theories

On the post made by the Marvel fan, there were numerous comments which speculated how the Mystic Arts Master suddenly possessed the Eye of Agamotto again.

While one follower claimed that this could be the Doctor Strange who looked into the future in Avengers: Infinity War. Another user explained that the Sorcerer had not given the necklace to Thanos along with the Time Stone.

Yet another one simply asked everyone to enjoy the fantasy movie and to stop looking for explanations that would be logical and make sense.

Avengers: Endgame Concept Art Reveals Deleted Scene of Hulk Getting Revenge on Thanos

Hulk’s Defeat:

Avengers: Infinity War saw the defeat of Hulk, wherein he took a beating from Thanos before he was sent back to Earth by Heimdall through the Bifrost.

While fans were anticipating a rematch between the two in Avengers: Endgame, unfortunately, that never happened in the film.

Instead of that, Hulk merged with Banner and became Smart Hulk who went on to undo the effects of the snap that Thanos had made using the Infinity Gauntlet.

Production Ideas and Alternate Scenarios:

Regardless of everything that actually happened in the film, the makers, along with the writers of Endgame, had at some point, toyed over the idea of a rematch between Hulk and Thanos.

‘Avengers: Endgame’ discarded scene concepts shown in D23 from marvelstudios

The D23 Expo by Disney was a place where many new announcements and details regarding the Marvel Cinematic Universe were unveiled and revealed.

One of these included the concept of art for the scene ideas of the rematch, which were shown at the Expo.

This artwork, along with other similar ones for various other scenes, showed Iron Man, War Machine, Spider-Man and Rescue flying into action. Others showed a kiss between Tony Stark and Pepper Potts on the battlefield.

Opinions of The Writers:

Stephen McFeely and Christopher Markus, the co-writers of the film, even went on to explain the reasons why the rematch did not take place.

They commented that while the battle had a lot of things going on, it wasn’t as long as fans might assume it was. And while fans have been waiting for a rematch between Thanos and the Hulk, it would have made much more sense if he had not transformed to Smart Hulk.

After this transformation, the Hulk is a completely different character, who is not driven by the hatred he once used to be.

Additionally, at the San Diego Comic-Con 2019, the writers also said that they initially had plans to introduce the new Smart Hulk towards the end of Avengers: Infinity War, but they did not go ahead with it because they felt that its tone was in contrast to the moment going on in the movie.

And by then, they had already shot Endgame, wherein he already had become Smart Hulk.

Doctor Strange Lived and Died in All of The Futures He Had Analysed

The Number of Futures:

Doctor Strange had seen 14,000,605 possible outcomes in Infinity War, and he had to live through as well as die in each of these outcomes.

Having a single solo film in his bag, and making a brief appearance in Thor: Ragnarok, Doctor Strange went on to get one of the most important roles in Avengers: Infinity War.

Doctor Strange’s Promise:

He was not just the protector of the Time Stone but was also directly in Thanos’ center of attention. Additionally, he had also sworn to himself in the film that he would do anything to keep the Time Stone safe.

This is also why the sacrifice of the stone to save Tony Stark’s life was such a surprise to fans, who didn’t take much time to put the pieces of this puzzle together.

Strange and Infinity War:

In Avengers: Infinity War, Doctor Strange was seen going forward in time to find over 14 million possible futures before he found the one future that resulted in Thanos’ defeat.

For others, this journey lasted a few mere seconds, but for Strange, he found out that Stark was the key to saving the universe. This also meant that he had to experience every single one of those 14 million possible lives.

Strange had, in Doctor Strange, messed with time and created a time loop, which is along the lines of something similar that was used in Infinity War to see the future.

Therefore, he had to physically live and die in each of these lives. But before he dies, he also has to reset the loop and experience it all over again, which is something we have seen at the end of Doctor Strange.

Possible Outcomes and Possible Futures:

The simple idea that Doctor Strange had to live through each of these futures also shows why he seems so tired and agitated when he comes out of that particular state of mind.

Based on what happened in each of these 14 million and more futures, he may have had to live millions of lifetimes to find the single future that we ended up seeing in Avengers: Endgame.

But then again, since the Ancient One had already confirmed in Doctor Strange that sorcerers did not have the power of seeing what happens after their own death, it could mean that those who were snapped by Thanos did not actually die.

This is also because Strange had seen past their deaths unless their return to the MCU served as loopholes to the whole idea.

Regardless, their return does raise curious eyes as to whether there could be more possible outcomes that could have resulted in a victory that Doctor Strange had not been able to see.

As of now, all the possible outcomes of futures serve as information that is only known by Doctor Strange, which has the potential to be explored more in the upcoming Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
